Excellent service! Cab arrived 10 minutes after call. Reasonable rates. Very courteous driver. Cab was very clean. My car broke down and needed to get to work within 45 minutes. Bats got me there with plenty of time to spare. Will always use Bats Taxi.!'

Great experience. Our driver, Mark, was courteous and friendly. Right on time, trip to the airport was perfect. We will definitely recommend BATS to others!
Driver went on and on about how blacks were lousy tippers and he was trying to get out of South side of the city stating that whites tipped better. I stopped the trip early and walked home. Very uncomfortable experience. I will not use BATS services again.
