They brought in a professional photographer the day after we met them. When I say professional, I truly mean professional. The photographer brought in his own tripod lighting. The type you would see in a portrait studio. They were the most beautiful pictures we have ever seen of our home. You're not going to get a real estate agent with their smartphone to snap photos of your property. They don't operate that way. Pictures sell and they absolutely know great photos will create more eyes on product and put more buyers on your property.

Melinda Grimes was my realtor. After calling several realtors because we were interested in a particular home, she is the only one that answered her phone. She showed us many homes working around my work schedule and finally found our perfect house. She was great and very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Melinda!!
We had them for 6 mth. No sale, no communication skills, rude is saying it kindly. I have new realitor. My house is under contract in 2 weeks, with 2 parties interested to pay more than Lockhearts price.
If you think your house can sell on its own and you still don't mind paying the price. Go for it. It appears that if your house is less than $600,000 you get the crappy end of the deal for sure. They don't have time to give you and they're still advertising for more business?? it's shameful neither realtor that I use to list my house or help buy my other property had the time to give you. Even on my closing on the second property the realtor said she was in a hurry and had to go I never got more than 15 minutes of this person's time and it was always in between her other clients ,so what was I?? Even the title company could not believe this person had to leave. I was fooled by the owner telling me that she would" personally" handle this ,I heard from her twice. so once again unless if your house is $600,000 or less you won't get the time from them that you need & hopefully your house will sell on its own.
They easily get 5 Stars from us and rate them best in this area. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed.
We actually we're going to list our home for a lower price and they recommended a higher price. They are highly skilled negotiators that are straightforward, factual and results-oriented.
If you're like us and just want results then this team is for you. Don't waste your time with the household names of real estate. Lockhart & Associates are a full-service real estate team that know this area and market better than most. If you need to interview a few real estate agents then do so but do include them.
There is one person in that office that's helpful that's it. good luck or keep looking
