Staff at the front counter was very nice. Very friendly staff and helped guide me to get my package out in the cheapest method possible.

Understaffed. The woman named Anne and also the gentleman that works here, both are great. But the other staff like Sharon is incompetent. And the oriental woman who works the front desk is extremely RUDE. No kidding. The lines in this place are long. It's not worth the hassle anymore.

The gentleman behind the counter “by the name of ....” has a very bad attitude and his unpleasant nature makes you feel very uncomfortable.

Was treated poorly when I called to inquire about why my mail has stopped being delivered to my P.O. Box. I was simply asking someone to look into the issue since my mail has completely stopped being delivered over the past two weeks and clients are calling me to inquire why I haven’t confirmed receipt of their contracts. I was spoken to in a condescending tone and the clerk had an attitude for absolutely no reason. She acted as if I was bothering her from the moment she answered the phone for having to go out of her way to help a customer. I’ve had a box there for two years and would expect a little better customer service when I call as a businesss professional to inquire about my mail. I was basically told that they are not doing anything wrong on their end so nothing has been resolved and still no mail. The level of customer service I received from this office is uncalled for. The only reason I’m giving this two stars instead of one is because the woman who usually answers the phone, I believe her name is Mary, is usually very helpful. This person, however, was not. Is a pleasant and helpful tone and willingness to help a customer too much to ask for?

It's great to have a little local post office - but they don't seem to have the understanding that St. Pete. Beach is a seasonal resort so they are terribly understaffed from Christmas - Easter and the lines can be long and slow. Additionally, how hard would it be to put one of those self serve postal machines or at the very least a stamp machine into the lobby? The management needs to focus on the local community's needs more and address them by making the postal experience a bit easier on us. Modern life does not give most the "luxury" of having 30-35 minutes to wait in line for a simple book of stamps.
