Owner was very rude, disrespectful, threatening,racist nd extremely uncompromising in dealing with the situation at hand. There are ways to talk as well as handle situations without conflict but yet this lady obviously wasn't having a good morning and considered to threaten me after asking politely to compromise this mishap out. She cursed at me and proceeded to say you will not be getting a refund! I just don't understand the world today. I'll keep you in my prayers ma'am nd have a safe flight!✌
